LIMINALITY: the space between
The objects and systems we have designed sculpt us beyond their original intent. This book is a speculative narrative exploring these man-made boundaries. For the narrator this begins when they realise they've walked a path set out before them, kept in check by boundaries on either side and glass ceilings above and below. With nowhere to go they're forced into the fecund space of liminality, a place between borders.
A collaboration with Bhav Mistry, Daniel Cooper, Gréta Benediktsdóttir, Jessica Waters and Joshua Carpenter.

Tate Britain
Proposal for 16m x 12m hanging on the facade of the Tate.
The content of our proposal focuses on images of, what are for many, a traditional British holiday beside the sea. We wanted to see what could happened when these quaint, sometimes kitsch, symbols were placed upon the facade of the Tate, a building that reeks authority. Whilst an initial connection may have been about tourism and consumption, this juxtaposition creates new meaning at the centre of which is a tension between high and low culture.

The track is rework of Youngsta's "Bongo VIP" and as such the artwork too is a rework of the Incredible Bongo Band's "Bongo Jam".

Short film commisioned by DARE Digital on behalf of Sony to promote their "Bloggie Touch" camera. The film follows the story of a blind sculptor who believes he can restructure the landscape around him.

Chaos Theory
An installation grown out of the basic concept of Chaos Theory. Using processing.org uncontrolled and completely random data is put into a series of controlled environments. Each layer (or screen) monitors and is then affected by the layer below. As this carries through time and ripples down the four layers things descend into chaos.

Identity for a series of sound recordings. Small editions on analogue formats tried to make special the event of listening to the recordings. In order to access downloadable content, users had to visit the locations themselves.

Work has included proposals for film one sheets and websites, designing premiere tickets, designing and developing Facebook apps, creating wrap arounds and backgrounds for Wikia and Twitter amongst other things. Recent film titles include Kung Fu Panda 2, Thor, Rango, Morning Glory, Killing Bono and Made In Dagenham.
